I think you missed one framework, which I argue is the most important one of all you've mentioned: Atmosphere Framework (http://atmosphere.java.net/). You can write the "servlets" (actually WebSocket application) using JAX-RS/JSR-311 annotations. You can use CDI, @Stateless, all Java EE 6 features you want...
